DCI Elsie
Hello I’m Detective Chief Inspector (DCI) Elsie, but you can call me Boss!
I’m in charge of the Guinea Pig Detective Agency. It’s a tough job because not only do I need to make sure that we catch criminals, I have to keep all the detectives in line! But I love my job, it’s very rewarding. And I’m secretly very fond of the detectives.
My favourite thing to eat is fresh grass but I also love carrots. What’s your favourite vegetable?

Hello I’m Kezia and I love guinea pigs!
I’ve been very lucky to have been owned by lots of piggies over the years and I currently have four gorgeous guinea girls: Blanche, Doris, Mabel and Violet. They make me laugh and they bring me comfort and joy. They are also really cute and adorable!
I really like writing stories and I was inspired by my guinea pigs to write a story about them. I was also very lucky to find Carrie-Ann, who has drawn the guinea pig detectives so beautifully.
Do you have a pet? Perhaps you could try writing a story about them. Or, if you don’t have a pet, maybe you could write about another animal you like.

Hi! I'm Carrie-Ann and I love animals.
I have 2 indoor Guinea Pigs - Flóki - Our Strong, Bossy Viking Piggy and Selby - a Bouncy little Fur-Ball who has a super-loud Wheek!
I also have a Leopard Gecko called Osric. I drew the pictures for "The Guinea Pig Detective Agency". I loved getting to know the characters, which I think are adorable and very funny!
